Privacy Policy (English)

EVENTOR is a customer and event management system for event businesses (e.g. DJ agencies), operated by MD 228 LTD (company no. 516799863), Herzliya, Israel. Each business that uses EVENTOR owns the data it enters; we process it on its behalf.

Data we keep: the business's users (name, email, permissions); its customers (name, phone, email and the event details the business records); messages sent or received through the system (email, WhatsApp), contracts and signatures.

WhatsApp: when a business connects its WhatsApp Business account through Meta, EVENTOR sends messages from that business's number (reminders, contracts, confirmations, greetings) and receives the replies to record them on the customer's card. Data passes through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform under Meta's terms. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the providers that run the service (hosting: Vercel, Neon; Meta for WhatsApp; the business's own mailbox for email).

Security and retention: data is stored on secured servers; third-party keys are stored encrypted. Data is kept while the business uses EVENTOR and deleted on request.

Data deletion: a customer of a business may ask that business, or us at djoffice99@gmail.com, to delete their data; we delete it within 30 days. A business that disconnects WhatsApp stops all sending and receiving through it at once.
