EVENTOR מופעלת על ידי MD 228 LTD (ח.פ. 516799863). השימוש במערכת כפוף לתנאים האלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות.
- העסק אחראי למידע שהוא מכניס למערכת, ולכך שיש לו רשות לפנות ללקוחות שלו.
- הודעות וואטסאפ נשלחות מהמספר של העסק ובשמו, ובהתאם למדיניות של WhatsApp ושל Meta. אין לשלוח ספאם, ויש לכבד בקשה של לקוח להפסיק לקבל הודעות.
- העסק שומר על פרטי הכניסה של המשתמשים שלו.
- אנחנו עושים כל מאמץ שהמערכת תהיה זמינה ומדויקת, אבל היא ניתנת כמו שהיא, בלי התחייבות לזמינות רצופה.

- Each business is responsible for the data it enters and for having permission to contact its customers.
- WhatsApp messages are sent from the business's own number, in its name, under WhatsApp and Meta policies. No spam; opt-out requests must be honoured.
- Each business keeps its users' login details safe.
- We aim for the service to be available and accurate; it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
